Dreadful, the Sales Manger, Wes Bond, is chauvinistic hick. I will never do business with Great Southern Toyota and will enthusiastically discourage anyone else doing business with them.

Great friendly helpful staff. Great price. Had car detailed inside & out. Chairs need to b updated so seniors can easily get up out of them, other than this a great place. I'll b back for the cars next service in February 2023. Keep up the great work Toyota's Katanning

Awesome staff,so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The back room boys do an excellent service on my vehicles. And then the guys out back clean it inside and out. No more bug juice across the front. I've never had this anywhere else.

Outstanding customer service! Great guys, super helpful and loyal!The 200Series was brought to us NOR, for a look and test drive. We decided to go ahead and traded our Hilux in. Due to COVID-19 finance issues, it took longer than normal for the finance to clear and go ahead. We apologised a couple of times and said we totally understand if they would sell the car to someone ready to go. But that wasn’t an option for the Toyota guys! We made a deal and the car is yours! However long it takes!Thank you guys so much for your service and patience! We surely found our new Toyota Dealership for years to come!Darren and Sandra
