Doing our half trip around AUS my car was due for a service. Called Carnarvon Toyota and spoke to Zac and he managed to squeezed me in at short notice. I was extremely GRATEFUL and they did a FANTASTIC job! Would definitely highly recommend Carnarvon Toyota if you are in the top end of WA heading towards the Pilbara/Kimberly. Staff were FANTASTIC!

I was heading back from kalgoorlie and I had engine troubles about 80km out.I rang ahead and was told at the time the boys out the back would be at lunch which was fine by me as I like my lunch break too. They then had the tedious task of process of elimination for what was causing me to lose power. It took a fair amount of time but not through any milking etc. we finally found the fault which was a part I replaced 4 weeks earlier that had a fault inside it that was only by fluke we found. They did really well with my cost and the fact I was a blow in and they jumped straight onto my job was great.They outshone themselves on this day and I am grateful they were there to help me out.Cheers guys.

We recently bought a brand new car at Canning Vale Toyota. The service was probably the best we have ever experienced at a car dealership. Team were relaxed, friendly and professional. Our salesman Tim Brockhoff was very helpful , supportive and super efficient to deliver his service from the beginning of the process to the end . He was very knowledgeable and patient to answer all our questions and concerns and took us step by step and made the process to deliver the car easily, even we had to wait so long for our car but Tim constantly communicated with us by text message every month or every other month and helped us to be more patient to get the car.We love our new car and can’t wait to drive it on our next road trip journey sometime soon.

Completely unorganised, unprofessional and extremely overpriced.First of all, my service was delayed by a week and a half because they didn’t have the parts, which I was only told about the day before my original scheduled service date. Then, on the day of my service I was told that they would have to keep my car overnight as one of the parts still hadn’t come in and wasn’t being delivered until 3pm that day…When I finally went to pick up my car, I wanted to check what they had done against my log book and was told my car doesn’t have a log book. I went with the service assistant to my car and she looked in the glove box and couldn’t find it. I took one look in the glove box and found it within seconds.I was then given the invoice for $1,996 and couldn’t believe my eyes. I understand that this is a major service but paying nearly 2 grand for a service is absolutely ridiculous when I usually pay $350. I have enquired with other service centres such as Auto Masters in High Wycombe who quoted me $1,350 which is much more reasonable.This was the first time I have used Kalamunda Toyota and it will definitely be the last.

Peter AKA Reado had us going within a few hours after the part arrived. Thanks to Reado and his crew for getting us going again after retrieving us from the Tanami. I would definitely go back again so I can recommend the Halls Creek Toyota team.Halls Creek wasn't a bad place to be stuck. We had no problems at all there. Thank you to everyone at Halls Creek!

Wonderful service. I had problems with my gear box and was helped by Rob from the service department. He was fantastic and drove my car and then I took over and he identified a problem. His patience, help and advice was invaluable. A very big thank you to Rob and to Kalamunda Toyota for giving such a wonderful, free service.

We have been purchasing Toyotas through Dominic (Melville Toyota) over the years. Apart from the reliable, safe and well-built cars that draw us back each time, excellent customer service is a major draw. Dominic's impeccable and genuine service puts us at ease each time. He is never pushy and always listens and seeks to help us find the right car and specs. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to provide good advice. Despite that, we never feel pressured to purchase but always end up doing so. Lol.Because we know that Dominic will always be there to look after us, we never look further than Toyota Melville everytime we want to purchase a car. I have recommended family and friends over the years and will continue to do so.
