I could not speak higher of Rick from Galleria Toyota. Absolutely fantastic, down to earth service. Rick went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Even when an issue arrose after taking the car home Rick was just as helpful and had everything resolved with an impressive turn around. Unlike other sales guys Rick did not try and sell me things I did not need, only what he knew I was after. Rick also assisted me trade in my vehicle for a price I would have received privately. Super happy! Would definitely come back with any buying/selling.

Thank you Samara from the friendliest service department I have ever visited. Amazing service being greeted with a genuine smile and when I picked up my car it was cleaner than the day I picked it up from another car yard that I will never return to. If you are chasing real old fashioned service with a smile then go to Galleria Toyota.P.S even the dealer principal was happy to have a chat by the coffee machine. More car dealerships should take a leaf out of their book.
