Workshop manager arrogant and dismissive. Incorrectly diagnosed and suggested repair was to replace the component that was replaced by someone else as it was non genuine at close to $3700.00Took it back to original mechanic in Perth and was completely sorted for $1400.00 and had nothing to do with what the OEM dealership diagnosed.

Useless the last 3 warranty issues I've had I've been told will be 7 weeks before they will even look at it. Not good enough when they are a safety issue.

Fantastic service and has set the benchmark for me for a car dealership. On point pricing, service, support, and couldn't be happier with the new wheels. Special thanks to Mark for the Hilux handover and for sorting a couple of items at a moments notice.Update 2023 - unfortunately the after sales service is far from the above, dealership refused to accept warranty claim for dealership provided accessories that have contributed to vehicle damage, citing 'out of warranty period' despite being not installed to manufacturer requirements from day one.

Purchased 3 new work vehicles from these guys in the last 2 years. I am located in Perth but grew up in Bunbury. Found these guys offered the right price and we’re prompt in their paperwork. Many dealers I went to in Perth never bothered to send quotes or when they did the price was above the average RRP for the vehicle. Communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. Also have used their service department recently and they diagnosed and fixed a problem other mechanics had struggled with. Highly recommend.
